Parents, Staff, Friends Association of Sibford School

The PSFA is run by volunteers drawn from the ranks of parents, teachers, school management and members of the local community, the PSFA exists to:

• Give parents a voice

• Organise fund raising events and to provide skills and resources to enable the school, its teachers and pupils to realise goals and to undertake special projects that would not be possible through school resources alone.

• Help the school to communicate effectively with current and prospective parents

• Organise activities and events that build a sense of community amongst parents, guardians, staff, pupils and friends of the School.

Events that members of the PSFA regularly get involved with include:

• Open Day

• Open Mornings

• Christmas Fayre

• Termly coffee mornings

• Monthly cake sales

• Social events

Second Hand Uniform Shop

The PSFA operates a Senior and Junior school second-hand school uniform shop.

• All uniform sold is 25% of the price of new uniform.

• Uniform can be sold on behalf of parents … with parents receiving 75% of the selling price and the PSFA taking 25% for the service

• Alternatively, we are happy to accept any donated uniform, where 100% of the proceeds go to PSFA funds.

• Uniform for sale can be left at either the main school reception or the junior school reception.

• All money raised goes into the PSFA funds and is used for the benefit of the children of the School.

The senior school shop is located in the school foyer by the main hall. The junior school shop is located in the Year 6 classroom.

Both shops will be open on the last Friday of each month between 3.45pm and 4.30pm (except during holidays or when the last Friday coincides with the last day of term). The senior school shop is also open during Parents' Evenings.

The second hand uniform shop will be open from 2.00pm until 4.30pm on the following dates
