Recyling Bank:

In addition to our paper, card and printer cartridge recycling we now have a textiles recycling bank. Please donate any of your unwanted clothes, shoes linen by depositing the items in our blue bank (in the car park by the staff room. Thank you.

Curriculum Enrichment Week (CEW) - 3rd to 5th July 2012

Our annual Curriculum Enrichment Week takes place during the last week of the summer term. Each Year Group in the senior school - apart from Year 11 and Year 13 - are taken off their normal timetable and given the opportunity to try something new and exciting and perhaps something that they would not normally undertake.

CEW events and activities

Events and Activities include:
Boating on the Norfolk Broads, Team challenge (including an obstacle course with giant inflatables), Science Workshops, Ready Steady Cook challenge, performing in a Circus Big Top, learning about 'Moneysense' from NatWest.
and trips to:
The Battlefields of WW1 at Somme/Ypres, Banbury Court House and Police Station, Museums in Oxford, the Botanical Gardens in Oxford, Tooley's boat yard in Banbury, Mary Arden's Farm and Dorsington Sculpture Trail (using QR readers) in Stratford-upon-Avon, the Royal Academy of Arts and the V&A in London, a residential stay at Kings College, London ...

 


 

A Caribbean Soiree at Sibford School

Our Caribbean Soiree will be held on Friday 29th June at 7pm, and will be an evening of music, dance and food, supporting the Nchima Trust.

Tickets are £15 per person. Parents often like to book a table of 6 friends but this is not essential.
